IntraSpace recently completed a custom lockers project at a newly-built aged care facility in Victoria. This development is designed to offer exceptional care in a setting that fosters independence, privacy, and includes features tailored for dementia care. Residents will reside in single bedrooms with ensuites, organised into households to create a more homely atmosphere.

IntraSpace designed, built, assembled, and installed custom laminate lockers to cater to specific client requirements — compact laminate doors with horizontal grain as a design feature. The lockers are a mix of 4-Door and 2-Door Laminate Lockers installed with compact digital locks. The lockers were installed on multiple levels in various locations.

The installation of the IntraSpace storage system in our redeveloped Emergency Department has been a very positive process. The modular system has improved workflow and we are now reviewing our work practices to capture the efficiencies with improved outcomes. Compliance to Infection Control for both Storage and Handling of Sterile stock and the Victorian Cleaning Standards is being met with decreased resources and man hours due to the efficiencies the system provides.
