Tender Phase
We prepare full budgetary proposals across shelving, storage, furniture, lockers, sterile trolleys, safes and display systems, with healthcare as our core sector and library, council, school and university fit-outs running alongside.

Site Audit & Assessment
We conduct an on-site audit room by room, benchmarking stock volumes, workflows and accessibility against how each space needs to perform once fitted out.

User Group Meetings
We meet with the head contractor, client, department heads and unit managers to lock in scope, with larger hospital projects running two to three sessions per department plus dedicated storage workshops with unit leads.

Presentation
We deliver a full walk-through of the proposed storage by area, presented to client reps, unit managers and project stakeholders.

Designs
We design and document each room across as many as 200 rooms on larger jobs, working from architectural plans, user-group minutes and client-contractor correspondence with modular construction throughout so each space can adapt as the work changes.

Costings
We cost line by line per room and per department, accounting for dividers, accessories, label holders and every fixing, with the final figure built to your budget rather than a generic schedule

Project Management & Delivery
Our project managers run the install alongside builders and contractors, hitting milestones and absorbing risk so delays and cost overruns stay off your project.

The installation of the IntraSpace storage system in our redeveloped Emergency Department has been a very positive process. The modular system has improved workflow and we are now reviewing our work practices to capture the efficiencies with improved outcomes. Compliance to Infection Control for both Storage and Handling of Sterile stock and the Victorian Cleaning Standards is being met with decreased resources and man hours due to the efficiencies the system provides.

We would like to thank IntraSpace for the high quality fitout of our Health Information Department. Now that we have additional capacity in the new shelving, it is not necessary to cull as often. The installation of Filestor Mobile Shelving in Hand Operated and Mechanically Assisted style, have been a great success, as well as the supply of all the Office Furniture for our office areas.

Our mobile shelving unit is an important storage solution for the school. It is a high quality, attractive, aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. The unit has a lot of capacity – while taking up minimal space. IntraSpace provided good after sales service, we are pleased with it.
