Ballarat Base Hospital — Design, build, installation, and locking system of Laminate Lockers
IntraSpace worked closely with Grampians Health and the team at John Holland on stage two of the Ballarat Base Hospital Redevelopment — manufacturing, assembly, and locker system installation of custom-built lockers for storage in numerous sections.
In stage two, John Holland completed a new support services building, including a pharmacy, pathology services, and an Education and Learning Centre for Grampians Health and Deakin Rural Clinical School, improving local access to care. When all stages are finished, the hospital will feature a new emergency department, women and children’s hub, advanced theatre suite, and 100 additional inpatient and short stay beds, increasing capacity to treat 18,000 more emergency patients and 14,500 additional inpatients annually.
