One Middle Road, Chadstone is a premium integrated lifestyle destination that brings together retail, dining, commercial workspace, and accommodation within the broader Chadstone precinct. This new Vicinity Centres development features nine storeys of energy-efficient, state-of-the-art, campus-style office space designed to support modern work-life integration.

In collaboration with John Holland, IntraSpace was engaged to manufacture, assemble, and install high-quality laminate lockers as part of the building’s premium End of Trip (EOT) facilities. The EOT facilities are aimed to encourage sustainable commuting.

The 2-door laminate lockers and locking system have a high base bench seat with a shoe box unit. Each locker is supplied with a hanging rail and an anti-theft ring. IntraSpace also delivered custom-designed amenities including an airing station unit, towel storage unit, and ironing unit, within each of the male and female EOT areas.

The installation of the IntraSpace storage system in our redeveloped Emergency Department has been a very positive process. The modular system has improved workflow and we are now reviewing our work practices to capture the efficiencies with improved outcomes. Compliance to Infection Control for both Storage and Handling of Sterile stock and the Victorian Cleaning Standards is being met with decreased resources and man hours due to the efficiencies the system provides.
