Australian Healthcare Week 2023 in Sydney!

IntraSpace were delighted to be a part of a hugely successful event in March. The 12th Annual Australian Healthcare Week held in ICC Sydney is one of the most important events on the calendar for Australia’s health ecosystem!

AHW 2023 provided a forum for leaders and experts from diverse areas of the healthcare field to come together, share their thoughts and insights, and connect with one another for networking purposes. This event facilitated the exchange of knowledge and ideas among professionals in the industry.

The event had over 150 keynote speakers and panel discussions covering Digital Healthcare, Aged Care Facilities Design & Development, Nursing & Midwifery, Patient Experience, Next Generation Workforce, Tech Innovation in Aged Care and Start Ups.

A trade show exhibiting the latest healthcare products, services, and technologies was also well attended. It was a great chance for industry professionals to keep themselves informed and updated on the newest trends and advancements. There were lots of prizes given away (including our popular Guess The Locker Code!) and some major prizes from the sponsors.

We have achieved increased storage capacity (70%) within the confines of our existing storage area

The installation of the IntraSpace storage system in our redeveloped Emergency Department has been a very positive process. The modular system has improved workflow and we are now reviewing our work practices to capture the efficiencies with improved outcomes. Compliance to Infection Control for both Storage and Handling of Sterile stock and the Victorian Cleaning Standards is being met with decreased resources and man hours due to the efficiencies the system provides.

The team from IntraSpace assisted us with clear storage options, accurate quotes and met all time lines during our redevelopment project. They are a very professional company to work with I would recommend them to any Healthcare facility looking to upgrade storage systems.

Hopefully as we start to move through the rest of the hospital with review of storage of stock we will have the opportunity to work with you redesigning our remaining clinical store rooms.
