New Laminate Locker Storage Systems for Kolbe Catholic College

Kolbe Catholic College is a secondary school located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Since launching in 2006, the campus has become a welcoming Christian community, where students have the opportunity to develop their personal skills through a modern and diverse curriculum.

As part of a facility upgrade, Kolbe Catholic College approached IntraSpace to supply the school with new Laminate locker storage systems, which needed to match their existing range of lockers in another department.

IntraSpace visited the school to consult campus staff and understand the job requirements The IntraSpace team supplied the school with a custom design, which would maintain the consistency of the campus’ smart and professional look.

Laminate Locker Features

IntraSpace supplied the school with Laminate student lockers. The lockers were designed to provide easy, yet secure access for younger students.

Each locker was fitted with a hasp & staple lock system, which could be used to latch any standard combination lock. Plus, the single standard shelf had plenty of space to store textbooks, bags and personal belongings.

The darkened grey tone gave the space a smart and contemporary look, which naturally blended in with the interior flooring and white walls.

The installation of the IntraSpace storage system in our redeveloped Emergency Department has been a very positive process. The modular system has improved workflow and we are now reviewing our work practices to capture the efficiencies with improved outcomes. Compliance to Infection Control for both Storage and Handling of Sterile stock and the Victorian Cleaning Standards is being met with decreased resources and man hours due to the efficiencies the system provides.
