IntraSpace were delighted to be a part of such a huge and successful event last week. The annual Australian Healthcare Week held in ICC Sydney is one of the most important events on any medical professionals calendar, and this years turnout did not disappoint!
On average, a large hospital in Australia has a 30-35 year lifespan. This means that those responsible for healthcare facilities are not challenged with designing hospitals for today, but instead, for the year 2050.
With that in mind, to help maximise the impact of the $130 Billion allocated to healthcare over the next 5 years, the central theme for this years Australian Healthcare Week was future-proofing facilities and the workforce to serve more complex patients in a dynamic digital environment.
