IntraSpace is now an Approved Supplier for Victorian Schools Furniture Panel

The Victorian Department of Education has established a Standing Offer Arrangement for the supply of Schools Office and Education Furniture to Victorian Government Schools. This arrangement features a newly refreshed Panel of Suppliers, providing schools with a pre-approved list of trusted vendors.

IntraSpace is proud to announce its appointment as an Approved Supplier under this Panel (Reference: SchFurnITS02).

All suppliers on the panel have undergone a rigorous assessment process to ensure compliance with the Department’s standards for quality, safety, and sustainability. Participating schools can confidently select from the approved catalogue of products, knowing they meet the required specifications.

The arrangement encompasses three distinct categories: Office Furniture, Classroom Furniture, and Furniture for Fit-Outs. Suppliers may offer products within one or more of these categories. Suppliers are not required to provide every item in a category—only those included within their approved whole-of-catalogue range.

What it means for Victorian Government Schools

The Panel will be mandatory for metropolitan schools and optional for regional schools.

Streamlined purchasing: Schools can select furniture from a pre-approved list of suppliers and products, simplifying the buying process.

No need for multiple quotes: For schools using the panel, the requirement to get multiple quotes is bypassed because the suppliers have already undergone a thorough evaluation process.
